I apologize for the lack of a list yesterday,
but I was absolutely unable to get one compiled,
or to even get an Internet connection. I'll try
to post the details on the Web site before the
weekend, but I can tell you now that it involved
a shredded tire, a dead cell phone battery, a
six-hour wait, a wrecker driven by a guy named
Junior, a night's stay at the only hotel in Iraan,
Texas, and a goat with his head caught in a fence.

As for today's list: Police say a 5-year-old
Miami boy brought a bag of marijuana to school
and was sprinkling it on the lasagna of a
classmate when he was spotted by a teacher.
