Important Election Information -- DO NOT LOSE
|
|
November 1, 2004
~~~ NOTE FROM CHRIS: ~~~
Since this is the week of the presidential election
here in the U. S. of A., and since these things
roll around only once every four years, TopFive is
officially proclaiming this to be Election List Week.
Regardless of who wins, we're prepared to make fun
of both the sore loser *and* the gloating winner.
With things heating up in the final days of
the race, the gloves are officially off and the
candidates are pounding each other mercilessly.
The Top 5 Shots Fired During the Presidential Race
- "I can't say for certain if the bulge was a transmitter, but when we shook hands my fillings started playing Bachman-Turner Overdrive."
- "Hola, Hispanic citizens. I warn you that if elected, Mr. Kerry's wife will require him to change the name of your biggest holiday to Cinco de Ketchup."
- "How can we trust this man to defeat Osama bin Laden? He can't even take on Mr. Salty without getting knocked unconscious!"
- "My flip-flopping opponent has assumed more positions in the last two weeks than Martha Stewart."
and the Number 1 Shot Fired During the Presidential Race...
- "Nearly 400 tons of explosives are missing from an Iraqi ammunition dump that this administration failed to secure. We can't even trust our president to take a dump!"
